📄 Mobile Agreement

7 MEDIA GROUP - MOBILE AGREEMENT

Effective as of:

THIS MOBILE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made as of (the "Effective Date") by and between 7 MEDIA GROUP, and ("Client").

The 7 Media Group Services

7 Media Group provides technology and services that enable users of various types of mobile devices to access interactive mobile marketing campaigns. 7 Media Group shall provide the turn-key messaging platform and systems technology with ongoing training and orientation for Client and staff.

1. Implementation and Use

7 Media Group will provide Client with an Account to access and use the Services. Client may initiate a Campaign at any time during the term without notice to 7 Media Group.

2. Username and Password

Client is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all Users' usernames and passwords, and is solely responsible for all activities under these usernames.

5. User Data

Each Party shall safeguard the confidentiality of such data by instituting an appropriate privacy policy.

6. Age Verification – VERY IMPORTANT

Under no circumstances should you send messages about Alcohol, Tobacco, Marijuana, or Gambling without having AGE-GATE turned on. Doing so will get your account immediately shut down.

7. Anti-Spam Laws

Client shall be responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM and other laws applicable to sending commercial messages to wireless devices.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel this agreement with written 30-day notice.
